The West Virginia University Staff Council was created to provide the classified staff employees of West Virginia University a means of conveying their concerns on employee-employer relations. This council was formed with recognition that all matters at West Virginia University are governed by state law, by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, and West Virginia University policies and procedures.
Office hours are 9-12:00 & 1:30-3:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday.
Staff Council endorses anti-bullying WV Healthy and Safe Workplace Act
WVU Classified Staff Council endorses the anti-bullying West Virginia Healthy and Safe Workplace Act that will be introduced next legislative session. Staff Council is asking all classified staff to sign a petition, expressing support for this bill, to be delivered to the West Virginia State House and the West Virginia State Senate.
