Program Timeline
To ensure the ongoing application process is secure, employees will be required to authenticate their identity by using their WVU Login to access the application.

Fall Deadline: May 1
All eligible employees interested in a Fall scholarship should complete the Fall application, regardless of whether they were awarded the scholarship in past academic years.
The application is typically available in January of each year.
Spring Deadline: November 1
Eligible employees who already have applied for the scholarship for the preceding Fall semester and indicated interest in the Spring semester do not need to re-apply, but they will be contacted by Staff Council to confirm continued interest in the program.
The application is typically available in September of each year.
Summer Deadline: April 1
Eligible employees who have already applied for the scholarship for either the preceding Fall or Spring semesters and indicated an interest in the Summer semester do not need to re-apply, but they will be contacted by Staff Council to confirm continued interest in the program.
The application is typically available in January of each year.
